A few helpful answers

Most designs measure 72 × 72 inches (approximately 183 × 183 cm). The long jacquard collection measures 72 × 84 inches (approximately 183 × 213 cm). Measure your curtain rail and the desired drop before selecting.

Only the $100 sets include a separate PEVA liner and 12 stainless steel rings. All other prices are for one curtain without hanging rings. The $69.99 poly-cotton, $79.99 cotton waffle and $99 long jacquard designs are outer curtains without a liner, as are the $29.99 printed designs. Use a separate liner with fabric curtains.

Refer to the care guide on each product page. PEVA is wiped clean; fabric care varies with print, poly-cotton weave, cotton waffle or jacquard construction. Clean the components of a set separately.

Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is not a delivery guarantee. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded. PO Boxes are accepted.

Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received before the cut-off on a business day enter the handling period that day. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays enter the handling period on the next business day.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization before sending your return. Authorized returns go to Junxtion, Chemin Du Chatelot, 21210 Saulieu, France. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete. Customers returning items for a change of mind pay the cost of return shipping to France, which may be an international shipping charge. Reasonable opening to inspect a defect does not prevent a damage, defect or wrong-item claim. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective goods; customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies. Following approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; your bank’s posting time may vary.
