Authorized returns go to Junxtion, Chemin Du Chatelot, 21210 Saulieu, France. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete. Customers returning items for a change of mind pay the cost of return shipping to France, which may be an international shipping charge. Reasonable opening to inspect a defect does not prevent a damage, defect or wrong-item claim. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective goods; customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
